Facilitators between Hickam Air Force Base and the Community

  

Friends of Hickam Mission Statement:


The members of the Friends of Hickam will serve as facilitators between the 15th Airlift Wing Command at Hickam Air Force Base and the Hawaii community. We seek to support, promote and foster stronger community relations with those associated with the USAF/15th Airlift Wing Command at Hickam Air Force Base.

OBJECTIVES
  • To provide a means whereby members may associate to support, promote, and foster better, closer and stronger community relations between the local community and those associated with the United States Air Force (USAF) and specifically the men and women of the 15th Airlift Wing Command at Hickam Air Force Base.
  • To develop and perpetuate a feeling of “Ohana” or family between the local community and the men and women of the 15th Airlift Wing Command at Hickam Air Force Base.
  • To participate in learning about the Air Force units in Hawaii and to receive general information about developments within the Air Force.
